I will be back at the Poetry Translation Centre to give a poetry translation workshop on the writing of Armenian-Turkish author Karin Karakaşlı. This will be a wonderful opportunity to follow-up on the work I started doing with the Poetry Translation Centre in 2013, focusing on the poems of Karin Karakaşlı.

​The Poetry Translation Centre is small organisation dedicated to translating contemporary poetry from Africa, Asia and Latin America. To date, they’ve translated 400 poems written in 27 different languages by 89 poets from 39 countries. On their website you’ll find all these poems both in translation and in their original language, plus photos and videos of their events and information about what they do and how we translate.
